Obtaining the necessary Vital Records for a dossier or to apply for a passport

For US Citizens born abroad, our accessibility to the U.S. Department of State

Vital Records Office allows us the ability to expedite process for obtaining

your DS-1350, FS-240 or Panama Canal Zone Birth Record.

U.S. vital records ................................... $30.00 + the cost of the document

U.S. territory .......................................... $50.00 + the cost of the document

U.S. citizen born abroad ............................... $50.00 + $30.00 the first copy  and $20.00 for each additional copy
