Passport Services

Caring Hands works closely with the U.S. Passport Agency to obtain your U.S. Passport application within 24 to 48 hours of your request. We provide assistance in expediting all passport services including:

• new passport application;
• child's passport application;
• passport renewal,
• replacement of a lost or stolen passport; and
• name change on passport.

Caring Hands can provide these services with ease of relying on the postal service to complete in a quick fashion. Caring Hands is sensitive to the needs and time restraints of VISA processing. We will:

• Review your Passport application(s) when received to ensure accuracy before submission to the U.S. Passport Agency;
• Upon receipt of completed Passport application(s), will review your Passport(s) to make sure that they are correct before they are sent back to you.

When you apply for a United States passport through our passport service - we work closely with the US Passport Agency in Washington DC to process your US passport application quickly.

If you are traveling within TWO WEEKS... Caring Hands can help. Please call 202-554-2277 to make an appointment for your new passport or to add pages to your passport.

If you have already employed the services of another agency or individual to process your passport, we cannot assist in the expediting of your application. Please call the National Passport Info Center at 877-487-2778 for assistance. If you already submitted a passport application directly with the State Department without our help, we cannot assist in the expediting process. However; you can check on the status of that application by calling 1-877-487-2778 Monday through Friday 8am-8pm EST.
